REGISTRATION PROCESS AND GUIDELINES

NEW STUDENTS

Note : Please adhere to the following steps carefully to avoid any inconveniences. Please be informed that this list may be updated from time to time.

Welcome to KUPTM’s new students intake January 2021.

» Applicants with an offer letter issued by KUPTM are required to register within TWO (2) weeks of the registration date.
» New students must register for courses as outlined in the Programme Structure.

STEP 1 : DEADLINE (18 JANUARY 2021)

» Deadline for confirmation of offer acceptance.

STEP 2 : ONLINE REGISTRATION (21-22 JANUARY 2021)

» New students must complete the registration process online.

» Please be informed that online registration via  the e-Register system will be open from 21-22 January 2021.
IMPORTANT:  
It is compulsory for new students to Login e-Register (Offer letter reference number & IC) as proof of KUPTM’s registration for January 2021 session.

» New students must upload the following documents via e-Register:

  1. Copy / Snap Shot of Identity Card (IC)
  2. Relevant results transcripts (SPM/STPM/Certificates/Diploma)

STEP 3 : GETTING STARTED AS KUPTM REGISTERED STUDENT (24 JANUARY 2021)

Congratulations, you are now officially KUPTM Student!

» Please make sure you have received an SMS informing your Student ID number in order to log in the Campus Management System (CMS). Please refer to the CMS User Manual.

» Kindly find the following information :

1. Class Schedule. Please get the TIME TABLE and User Manual
            2. Lecturer (CMS)

STEP 4 : ONLINE LEARNING (25 JANUARY 2021)

January 2021 classes begin!

» Lecturers will contact students for preparations and class initiation.

» Students should be prepared to attend online classes as scheduled.

» Student should log in the Online Learning System (OLeS) for classes. Please refer to the OLeS User Manual.

STEP 5 : VIEW INVOICE (4 FEBRUARY 2021)

» New students would be able to view their invoice via the Campus Management System (CMS).

STEP 6 : SUBMISSION OF DOKUMEN SET 1 (12 FEBRUARY 2021)

» Deadline for the submission of Dokumen SET 1.
